Both Qin Hua and Lu Chen turned to see yet another thing entering the portal. They almost couldn’t believe their eyes.

RA TA TA TA!

It was a huge big ass military tank. Fang Yuan was standing outside and waving at them while Geming controlled it from inside.

He was shooting at all the chimeras blindly, inflicting as much damage as he possibly could, while Fang Yuan grinned like an idiot at Qin Hua and Lu Chen.

He then went in and Geming jumped out.

He had a scythe made out of mana in his hand and he swung it around at the ram supporting Qin Hua. Lu Chen as well leaped back and aimed for the beast’s eyes sending out a dozen of ice bullets.

Qin Hua only needed this small sliver of a second to take back the flow in her hands.

Her figure instantly enlarged several times and she raised her head to stand on only two of her limbs.

GROWL!

Qin Hua swung her claw at the ram which now looked like a normal cow in front of her. Wisps of black energy and lightning coiled around her nails and the ram’s flesh melted like butter.

She clawed the beast directly removing a huge chunk of it, aiming for the neck. The ram’s head was now connected to its body only by a thin sliver of flesh and it swayed before falling down lifeless.

Just the experience points weren’t that much but this was split between every single person in the team, so when the total was considered, this was a significant amount of experience points which reflected the strength of the beast.

GROWL! Qin Hua felt a wave of frenzy overtake her. She bent down and skewered the dead beast until her hand reached the big mana core studded in its body.

She tossed it into her mouth and crunched it, eating it all in one swift motion.

Her enhanced transformation was not going to last much longer so she turned towards the other beasts fighting with orcs nearby.

GROWL! She didn’t wait for the beasts to finish the orcs and directly leaped over there, swinging both her arms in hysteria.

Chunks of different colored flesh scattered around and before her skill cooldown started, she managed to grievously injure all four monsters fighting in that spot.

[DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE!] As her werewolf transformation unraveled back into her elegant lycan form, she had completely slaughtered all four.

Blood dripped from her canines as she panted and looked around. Coincidentally several other beasts as well looked her way.

In their eyes, she was the brightest burning mana lamp and her body was a treasure from top to bottom. So they all wanted a piece of her.

Roaaar! Roaarrr! Rooarrr! Rooaarr!

All the beasts simultaneously dropped their opponents and snarled at the black wolf. Qin Hua grinned as if madness had overtaken her. She could see what was happening.

There it was! A way for them to escape! She could finally see it!

[Don’t follow me, Coco!] She looked at Lu Chen and Su Yan one last time and then started running in the opposite direction.

She led the entire horde of chimera beasts and ran deeper and deeper into the frozen forests.

Most of the beasts had already killed the orcs and the leftover couple of human beings were not enough to tempt them.

The black wolf was far more appealing so they chased behind her without hesitation unwilling to let the prey get away.

After all, they were all predators and they liked hunting!

“Fuck!” Lu Chen stood up. He was about to run after her but the very next second, something came running towards them, a black wolf with purple eyes!

Qin Hua’s clone scribbled on the snow. “Get out”

Lu Chen nodded. He instantly understood her plan. He grabbed Su Yan and carried him to the entrance of the portal wanting to leave him somewhere else and then return back.

The clone as well followed him and they ran towards the portal.

At the last minute, the clone disappeared, almost startling Lu Chen, but another figure quickly appeared in its place, the wolf with one eye green and one eye blue.

“Qin Hua!” Liam exclaimed in joy. She actually switched places?! This was brilliant! “Let’s go. Let’s leave now.”

The wolf bobbed her head and the three of them were about to run out of the portal or rather the big hole. However…

BANG!

They couldn’t even take one step outside and were flung back inside.

“What? What the hell” Lu Chen stood up and tried walking out again, only to be flung back and thrown into the snow one more time.

“Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! Why is nothing helping us out?”

“Wait. Let us try.” Geming muttered and he banged the metallic tank, signaling Fang Yuan.

RA TA TA TA TA

The tank once again whirred and moved through the snow to the same entrance. Everyone watched it with high expectations, their fingers crossed.

However, just like before the tank as well was pushed back with a violent force, so much so that Fang Yuan banged his head on the inside of the tank.

This made everything abundantly clear without any lingering doubt. They can’t leave. They were stuck here!

An eerie silence filled the atmosphere with only the whooshing sounds of the freezing breeze.

The only thing that resounded in this silence was a wolf’s loud chortling sounds as it rolled around on the snow.

While the other two wondered if the beast had finally gone crazy and was going to attack them, Lu Chen sighed worriedly.
