“What do you think about Emiko?”

“What about her?” Keith asked as he kept his eyes on his phone, going through some work-related documents.

“She’s beautiful.” Celine playfully suggested.

“She is.” He admitted.

“And?”

He lightly smiled and glanced at her before looking back at his phone.

“I am not interested.” He simply said, piquing Celine’s curiosity.

“Why not? She’s beautiful enough and has a very pleasant personality.”

“But she’s not special enough.” He told her.

“You can make her special then.” Celine pointed out, and he finally put the phone aside, looking right into her gorgeous-grey eyes which had a mischievous glint in them.

If he did not know her better, he would have mistaken her questions as her attempt to convince him to bed Emiko Wayne, but it was not what she wanted.

“I don’t mind it. But do you want to do it in front of Minami?” He playfully asked, and Celine blushed hard at his question.

She was sitting with him in the backseat, and Minami and Yingying were in the front. She knew that if she teased him about it, he would really jump on her.

“We can wait until we reach home.” She shied her eyes away, regretting now that she teased him to put his phone aside, but at the same time, she was a little pleased with herself. “Yay!” She happily clapped when the waiter brought them their Ice-Creams, and Yingying opened the window to receive their order.

“How’s it?” He asked after he took a spoonful of it, content with the taste, but since all of them had ordered the same pineapple flavour, just because he went for it today, he was curious if they liked it.

“It’s good.”

“I like it!”

Yingying and Celine replied, but he found his cute and loveable maid blushing for some reason.

“You don’t like it?” He smiled and asked, which caused her to smile too.

“I love it, Master.” She told him.

“Really?”

“Yes.” She nodded her head. “I like the pineapple flavour the most.”

“And is it because Kiara told you ehat I like for my Ice-Cream?” He playfully asked.

“N-no… I really like it. Yes, Kiara asked me to try it after she told me that you love it, but I really liked it when I tried it. I find it more to my liking than any other flavours that I have tried.”

Celine could not help but giggle at Minami’s detailed explanation, and even Yingying smiled slightly.

“Okay.” Keith smiled at her. “I am glad you liked it.”

Even though they had ordered some decent portions, the girls asked for seconds, and only Celine asked for a different flavour, a mint-flavoured Ice-Cream.

Since Keith had not asked for seconds, she made him try hers, and he simply shrugged after he tasted it.

“Hmph! You have no taste!” She pouted as she decided to ignore him and just focus on her Ice-Cream.

Keith chuckled at her antics and then checked the notification he had just received from Iseul.

“And you said that you were not interested in her.” The grey-eyed lady caught the picture of Emiko in the file and teased him about it.

“I am not.” He told her and put his phone away before calling over the waiter and asking him to pack a large serving of their special Vanilla-flavored Ice-Cream.

“I don’t mind an Ice-Cream play, but why Vanilla?” Celine pouted, and he chuckled again at her words.

She was really asking for it today.

“It is not for you, Cella.” He shook his head.

“Emiko then?”

“No.” He shook his head again and then refused to answer any of her questions about it.

Half an hour later, they reached their home, and Keith smiled as he caught the alertness in Minami’s eyes as she sensed another presence in the house that she was not familiar with.

“It is fine.” He lightly said, and both Yingying and Celine looked at him in confusion.

Even though his Shadow was very strong compared to people in this world, she was but a human and her senses could never compete against a race that was much superior to hers.

She might have picked on the presence had it been someone else, but the one who was in the house was someone he had personally trained in the art of stealth with knowledge no one possessed in this world.

“Iris.” He called out to her, and a few seconds later, a beautiful Korean girl in her pink Pyjamas came running downstairs with a bright smile.

“Senpai!” She unreservedly hugged him and planted a kiss on his cheek, and then grabbed the parcel he was holding in his hand. “Thank you!” She delightedly laughed, and even though Celine did not know her, she could not help but smile at seeing her happy.

But this was not the case with Yingying and Minami.

Yingying had met Iseul before, and she was well-acquainted with her sadistic nature. And for that very reason, she always kept her guard up against this anime fanatic.

Minami, however, could sense things the others could not sense. And she interestedly looked at Iseul, not too bothered by whatever she sensed from her. However, she did briefly glance between her Master and this strange girl, and she seemingly found the answer that was enough for her.

“Hi! I am Iris!” Iseul finally acknowledged their presence after she made sure that Keith had brought her the right flavour. “I am Keith Senpai’s secret lover!” She happily said, but then winced when Keith knocked on her head. “Ouch!”

“No, you are not.” He corrected her with a serious tone but then smiled a little. “Not yet.” He added, which froze the girl who was just about to pout at him for his earlier words.

Isuel turned to look him in his eyes and kept looking, seemingly searching for something.

“Not tonight.” He knew exactly what she wanted to hear and patted her head, which made her close her eyes and lean into his hand with a light smile.

“So, Keith, who is she?” Celine finally asked after they all sat down in the lounge and Iseul made herself right at home as sat cross-legged on the sofa and enjoyed her Ice-Cream.

“She’s a colleague from the Military and she is on my Team.” He informed her.

“Oh.” And then Celine started asking Iseul question after question, which the cheerful girl readily answered.

In the end, instead of going to bed with Keith, Celine ended up sitting down to watch a new anime series that Iseul planned on watching tonight. Since Minami did not have anything on her hands, he joined them as well, leaving Yingying to spend the night with him, which his Shadow was not too shy about.

However, before Keith took Yingying to bed, he received a message from Iris on his phone.

The stupid Child of Destiny could not even keep a check on his lust for even a few hours.

Right now, he was being held up at the Police Station after he decided to come out as a Knight in Shining armour and try to save a damsel, who this time turned out to be an undercover Police officer, and wrecked a planned operation of the Police.

He smiled as he knew that tonight Kylian Dusk was going to stay in a cell. No one was going to pick up his calls as they would be directed to Iris, and it was already quite late for him to seek help in other ways.

Unless, of course, he managed to seduce the Police Officer who arrested him, but according to the Plan of Destiny, it was going to take a while before she starts showing interest in his Martial Arts skills and making him accept her as his disciple.

He recalled the teasing questions of Celine earlier tonight. And it would be so easy for him to simply steal away all those flower vases meant for Kylian in this world.

But what he told her was true. None of them was special enough for him, and he had also lost interest in sleeping around with random girls, no matter how beautiful they might be.

Part of the reason for it was that he had to be very careful about choosing whom he beds because of his Special Physique. It was only wise that he does it with people whom he trusts and plans to keep by his side.

He was not generous enough to give random girls the benefits of sleeping with him, and he found it distasteful to kill people after sleeping with them to avoid complications.

Keith knew that he was more prideful than he had ever been in his life, and it was an inborn pride that was flaring up with the passage of time.

He went through the pending notifications and smiled that he had managed to chomp off a little of the Fate Value Kylian had on him. He knew that tomorrow morning, he would receive another notification after Kylian spends the night at the station.
