Villain: The Play of Destiny – Chapter 223 Bahasa Indonesia

“Mr. Kylian. Your private life is none of our concern, but sleeping around with your patients and seducing the nurses of the hospital can not be tolerated.” Dean Graham said as he looked at the young doctor under his team with disappointment. “And today, you insulted your colleagues.”

“I did not insult them. I just taught them that they had no right to boast about the skills they don’t possess.” Kylian retorted, but Graham looked even more displeased.

“If you are more skilful than them in visual inspection, it does not mean that they are not qualified and skilled Doctors. They have spent their lives in the study of medicine, and they have helped a lot of patients over their lives who are very much grateful to them.” He strictly said. “Insulting someone and making them realise their mistake are two different things, Young man. And you most certainly insulted your colleagues.” He added.

Keith just silently sat in the Dean’s chair, going through the finances of the hospital, seemingly not paying any attention to the conversation that was taking place as he kept asking questions to the Head of the Finance department about it.

Kylian had a strange hunch that the Dean was saying all of this on Keith’s demand, but when he looked at his recent behaviour, his better mind could not find fault in what the Dean said.

Eventually, he stopped retorting and just lowered his head, keeping quiet as he listened to everything that the Dean had to say.

“Tell me why you don’t have your qualifications in Eastern Medicine mentioned on your CV?” Graham asked after he seemed to calm down.

“I…” He hesitated as he looked at Keith and the Head of the Finance department, who were present in the room, and it was obvious that he did not trust them about whatever he had to say.

It just so happened that Keith was done looking at the finances, and the man took his leave with all the files.

“Yes?” Graham asked, waiting for Kylian’s answer.

Keith smiled in his heart as he found Kylian troubled with his thoughts.

He was a smart guy, and he knew that an answer such as “I have studied it on my own” would not be bought by anyone. And the truth was that he had not studied Eastern Medicine, and only had basic knowledge about it.

“It is a secret I can not speak about, Dr. Graham.”

“And why not?” The old man frowned.

Seeing that Kylian was about to make another excuse, Keith interjected.

“As far as I know, Mr. Dusk, The Sect of Dusk does not teach its members Medicine.” He smiled. “I too am quite curious about your attainments in Eastern Medicine, especially your Visual Inspection capabilities. From what I have heard, it is just as if you can see right through everything.”

Keith ignored the System prompts as he could see that he had successfully managed to fluster Kylian, whose face was pale as paper.

“H-ow.. what..”

He could not even form words and Keith just smiled some more.

“How do I know about The Sect of Dusk and that you belong to it?” He raised his brow. “It is in your name, Mr. Kylian. And I have met someone from that Sect that looked a lot like you. I guess that you are his brother? And if I remember right, his name was Hadrian.”

That sealed the deal for Kylian. He now believed wholeheartedly that Keith was not just bluffing about everything and that he did indeed have some connection with the Sect of Dusk.

It took several minutes for the young man to gather his thoughts.

“I am no longer affiliated with the Sect, Master Demiliore,” He began. “It is a personal matter, and I would rather not talk about it. Hope you would understand.” He smiled. “And yes, I did not learn about Eastern Medicine during my time in the Sect.”

Of course, he did not. Keith knew all about it. The child of the Sect Master, born from his maid, who could not cultivate, and it resulted in him earning the moniker “The Bastard child of the Dusk Sect.” He was expelled from the sect at the age of 15 by his father, but the old man still provided him with a place to live and left him ample fortune to survive in the outside world.

“And you can not tell us where you learned it from?”

“I am sorry.” He apologetically lowered his head. “But if you ever have any need for my expertise, I promise to help you with it.”

Those generous words of a Child of Destiny made Keith laugh in his heart. In just a few months, this man before him was bound to disappear from this world, embarking on his true adventure. And as far as he recalled the plan of Destiny, he was not even going to remember the lovers he left behind in this world, only initially yearning for their flesh before he would find a new girl and forgot everything about his past.

This was not a man who would keep his word, as this Child of Destiny was quite a devious man.

“I am afraid that I might never need your help with anything. You see, I am quite a qualified doctor myself, and Eastern Medicine is my forte.” Keith informed him with a light smile.

Kylian frowned at those words but simply nodded his head.

Like many others, he too knew that the famous Keith Argus Demiliore, the founder of Memoir, and the President of the Black Forest Group was a qualified doctor who had graduated from the Royal Academy of Medicine with the highest marks in history.

And no one in the world doubted the credibility of the Royal Medical Association, the most prestigious organisation in the world which had invited Keith to become its proud member.

“Kindly be mindful of your behaviour in this building from now on. The Sevens Health Group’s future is my responsibility now, and I do not want any harmful gossip to reach the ears of the media just because a person in my organisation could not keep a check on the fire in his loins. I am afraid that if things get out of hand, you can no longer be part of this organisation. And it would not matter how talented you might be.” He did not smile and spoke with authority, which even caused the old Dean to stiffen up.

“Yes, Master Demiliore.” Kylian politely nodded and then excused himself out of the office.

As soon as he exited the office, a light smile crept on his lips. He was relieved that his plan had worked. He had showcased his “Talent” and the Dean, despite his stupid behaviour, was willing to keep him in the hospital.

And though the Young Demiliore sounded serious, he felt that he too considered him a valuable asset. For now, his place in the hospital was safe, and he could focus on other things, especially his Cultivation.

He took a deep breath, clenching his fist as he recalled the words of his dear elder brother. He had been called a bastard and a waste by many, but his own brother, whom he looked up to, had called him a stain to their family as well.

Kylian had vowed to himself ever since the day he woke up from that accident and found out that he could cultivate, that he would one day return to the Dusk Sect and make Hadrian eat his words. And then, when they would beg him to stay, he would leave.

Walking past a ward, he glanced at Emiko, who was busy treating a patient. And though he coveted her, he simply shook any thoughts about her out of his mind. At least, for now.

Keeping his job was very important to him right now. And even if he could not have her, it was not going to affect him much. After all, he had already seen what was under her clothes, and had seen it better than even she had seen herself in the mirror.

He may not be an honest man, but he was honest with himself. And Kylian loved sex more than anything in his life.

To him, it was the most blissful thing in the world.

A smile crept on his face as he resumed walking, but then it stiffened a little as he recalled the face of the heavenly enchanting girl he had seen today, standing behind the Heir of the Demiliore Family. A maid who looked even better than any princesses in the shows and the movies, and he sighed regretfully.

She was not someone he could touch. Well, just not yet. Maybe one day when he’s strong enough, he could steal her from Keith.

“It would have been great if I could see through her clothes.” He thought to himself but then frowned as he was quite confused about the reason why his powers were not working on Keith, Celine, Yingying, and Minami.

Ever since he had woken up, he and not come across people whom he could not see through.

“It seems that I have to do some more research on my ability. It is not as simple as I thought it was.” He nodded to himself and decided to mull over his thoughts after reaching home.
