Chapter 711 – Exploding Power Scale

By being ganged on, Heavenly Dao Faction’s representatives got pushed back to their base. Ma Moxi, Meng Xin, and Clem pushed the wave to the front of their base.

The resurrection cooldown time got longer, but the speed of the minions got faster and stronger. In less than 10 seconds, more waves hit the tower.

All-Heaven Sage managed to lose Xie Tian and teleported back to his base to defend. However, without Eve and others, he was outnumbered.

Meanwhile, a lone gunner from the player faction managed to destroy two towers of Heavenly Dao’s bottom lane. Now, he was solo-pushing another wave.

Being besieged from two fronts, All-Heaven Sage was anxious. He upgraded his item and completed his mythic item. Then, he rushed out to pick on the weakest link at the bottom lane first.

By ignoring the siege at the center, Clem, Ma Moxi, and Meng Xin destroyed the center tower and the inhibitor building behind the defensive structure.

After the inhibitor had been destroyed, Sun Crow, Xiang Yu, and Hades were resurrected. They rushed out to confront the invaders right away.

As soon as the defenders got their fighters back, Meng Xin, Clem, and Ma Moxi withdrew and teleported back to base. The Heavenly Dao Faction managed to catch their breath for once.

Unfortunately for them, the four of them couldn’t possibly defeat five players and five Chaos Realm’s representatives. Miaomiao shadow-teleported back to the bottom lane and solo-pushed the waves in. Xie Tian also emerged and ambushed Xiang Yu and Sun Crow, who couldn’t counter against Xie Tian’s time domain.

Xie Tian leisurely scored double kills by picking on the two weak champions. He teleported back to base to upgrade his items.

All-Heaven Sage got inspired by Xie Tian’s techniques. He killed the player’s gunner and returned to base. Then, he disappeared into the jungle along with Hades.

As soon as they went into the jungle, their party met with Master Yeet, Blowmaster, Ke Lin Ji, and Marcus. The gang surrounded the sage and Hades.

But All-Heaven Sage used his time-domain!

Miaomiao checked the mini-map. Hades and All-Heaven Sage were in the jungle far away from his lane. However, it would only take a few seconds for them to reach his place.

The others also noticed it. Ma Moxi sent a ping, warning Miaomiao to be careful.

Xie Tian’s sound transmission also came.

‘Master, All-Heaven Sage is scaling. He can use time power, so Clem, Meng Xin, and Ma Moxi are not his match. We have to keep track of that guy and protect the team. Please stop solo-pushing and fight with the team.’

Miaomiao and the others were amazed by the quality of this minion wave. Everyone exuded the air of a deity, which was reassuring.

“What?!” All-Heaven Sage overheard his mentor’s lament. He turned to the old sage. “What does that mean? What is Mao Miaomiao’s cultivation technique?”

“Immortal Sage.”

“What? Immortal? Sage? Which one?!”

Hongjun simply sighed and resigned to his fate. Partly, he was relieved that he had taken a silver Qi.

As All-Heaven Sage was distracted, the eyes let out the pressure of a sage. The force suppressed everybody in the Heavenly Dao Faction, including the minions, forcing them to collapse to the ground.

Players who had been resurrected also stared at the massive eyes in the sky in shock. Hiiro and others dropped their jaws as they had never seen anything like it.

Xie Tian, Ma Moxi, Meng Xin, and Clem looked up as well. They wryly smiled as they realized what had happened.

Xie Tian shook his head and facepalmed.

“Master, if you have this strength from the beginning, you should have finished the fight earlier.”

Miaomiao shrugged, “I’ve just reached level 10. What can I say? I’m trash when I’m stuck in the mortal realm, but I’m an unrestrained sage after I crossed the immortal stage’s mark.”

“Anyway, let’s finish this.”

“Sure.”

Miaomiao turned his attention toward All-Heaven Sage and others. They glared at Miaomiao and protested.

“This isn’t fair! How come an immortal like you has the strength of a sage?! This fight is rigged!”

“You should have realized this after Mu-Nyang agreed to make this game,” Miaomiao laughed. His golden pupils formed an array inside the eyes, and the galactic eyes in the sky revealed the same formation array.

All-Heaven Sage, Sun Crow, Xiang Yu, and Hades exploded and turned into blood mist!

Miaomiao turned to others.

“Go destroy the turrets and the nexus. It’s over.”

Ma Moxi, Xie Tian, Meng Xin, and Clem looked at each other. They grabbed their weapons and approached the last two defensive structures.

Minutes later, the galactic eyes kept shooting suppressive formation power, killing All-Heaven Sage and the gang whenever they came back to life.

Finally, the command center of the Heavenly Dao Faction was destroyed.

Hongjun, who was waiting for his demise, gazed at Ma Moxi. The latter cupped his fist and bowed toward his ex-sponsor.

“Ma Moxi, you don’t have to bow to me. I gave you power so that you could fight against other protagonists and die. You don’t owe me anything.”

Ma Moxi raised his head, “A favor is a favor. Because of you, I got to meet Mao Miaomiao and others. Although this life is tragic, it was fun. Thank you for reincarnating me to this universe.”

Hongjun faintly smiled and nodded, “The next time we meet, I hope we can be friends.”

Miaomiao turned to the group of players, who gazed at Miaomiao from afar. They also waved their hands at him.

Master Yeet let out a sigh of relief. His people died a lot, but he made it until the end.

“We resign.”

Xie Tian looked at Blowmaster and Gunner, who had suppressed him throughout the game. He cupped his fist and saluted them.

“Good game.”

The players laughed and copied Xie Tian, “GG.”

The base of players detonated and transformed into a blank base. The hostage on their side vanished.

After the base had been deleted, a verdict came from Mu-Nyang right away.

The hostages on Miaomiao’s side were released and obtained their silver Qi. Then, they vanished along with Meng Xin, Ma Moxi, Clem, and Xie Tian. All of them were teleported back to the Chaos Realm to enjoy their last remaining days before the reset.

However, Mu-Nyang left Miaomiao here.

“Umm, what’s next?”

Miaomiao looked around, being awkward as the minions kept being spawned.

Mu-Nyang glanced at the cannons and removed them from the plane. The towers and other buildings aside from the command center evaporated.

“Here is your bonus level, munya. Until the reset, you must stay here and dual-cultivate with these soulless minions. I’ll also use Pangu’s game system to produce faceless demon goddesses for you to steal their Qi and lifespan, munya. You have about one week to reach the Great Seraphim Realm and two extra weeks to tackle the True Entity Realm, which is equal to the Creator Realm, munya!”
