Reincarnated as a Dog with System – Chapter 150.1: Our neighbors are not too friendly Part1 Bahasa Indonesia

The dog and the human duo continued talking about the mana cultivation method for almost the entirety of the night, all the way until noon the next day when finally Lu Chen was able to get a grasp on the method.

The method in itself wasn’t all that difficult but sensing the mana present in one’s body and carefully controlling it, regulating the mana flow, and bringing it to the body’s abdominal center, these things were quite complex.

It was similar to feeling the rise and fall of one’s chest and stomach when breathing, except that the mana had to be circulated through the entire body and not just the breathing circuit.

Watching Lu Chen struggle so much, Qin Hua couldn’t help but wonder why she was able to easily achieve it. Was it because she was a beast with a human brain?

Considering that she had a skill called [Beastial Mana absorption] which basically collected mana for her in her body, this seemed very probable.

The whole process was even passive, not involving her effort or concentration at all. So when she put even the smallest bit of effort, everything became much simpler.

Perhaps this was something innate to beasts and she was able to make use of the loophole thanks to her human conscious.

However, it wasn’t that of an overpowered ability as she barely gained just 5 mana attributes a day which was almost close to nothing. Her improvement using the breathing technique and absorbing mana cores was far more significant.

[Hmm… Beastial Mana absorption… Can I even upgrade this skill? It’s passive so I can’t do much from my side.]

[Is it this bad because I am just a dog. Maybe other higher beasts have better innate mana absorption capabilities?]

[Wait a second. I am not a dog any longer. I am a wolf, right? That too a rare beast!]

[Shouldn’t it have improved when I became a Fenrir?]

[Or have I not completely become a Fenrir yet?]

As she was pondering these things quietly, Qin Hua couldn’t help but think of a certain scenario.

[Woof! How awesome it would be if I could have a really high passive mana absorption rate!]

[Then without doing anything, I can simply lick away all the mana ores in these tunnels! Fu Fu Fu!] Qin Hua drooled just at the mere thought of such an overpowered amazing passive skill.

She wondered when she would be able to become that strong.

[Alright. Time to cultivate again.] Qin Hua already explained everything to Lu Chen and she didn’t plan on wasting her time explaining these things to each and every one.

So she settled her thoughts and prepared to lay down on the ground to once again start another cultivation session when her eyes casually fell on the figure lying unconscious on the cave floor.

For some reason, the words overpowered passive absorption skill and becoming stronger doing nothing rang in her brain repeatedly… echoing slowly… as she tried to clear her mind for cultivation.

[Hmmm…]

[Hmmmm…]

[Hmmmmmm…]

WOOOF!

Every single strand of pitch-black fur on Qin Hua’s body stiffened and she leaped onto all fours in shock at the realization.

This thing that she had been thinking about so much… wasn’t it actually happening right in front of her???

All this while Su Yan’s body had been absorbing mana passively and growing stronger without mana cores or any extra help.

And now that they were near dense mana clusters, his body absorbed even more!

While she herself was absorbing peanuts, the guy who was sleeping was sucking in everything constantly like a vortex.

GROWL!

[This is total bullshit! So unfair!]

Qin Hua wanted to bang her head against the many walls surrounding her, but she knew that her mana ores would only continue to be absorbed while she wasted time lamenting.

On one hand, she wanted the glutton to just take everything as perhaps this was the solution to waking him up from his eternal slumber.

But on the other hand, it would be terrible if he absorbed everything and still didn’t wake up.

These dense mana clusters were truly a valuable resource and they might need this strength for whatever awaited them next week or the week after.

Even if it was Su Yan, she couldn’t afford to simply let him take everything especially when he was unconscious. Then what would happen if they faced a monstrous beast that was beyond their abilities?

In the end, without sufficient strength and power, no one would be able to survive.

Considering everything, she sighed and decided not to take Su Yan’s body near any other mana ore.

Out of the 20 total number of mana ores, he got 2 all for himself and that was probably the best they could afford to lose right now.

It would be a different situation if he was awake and conscious, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

[Woof! Sorry, Su Yan. You snooze. You lose.] She shook her head helplessly and stepped out of the cave opening. She then walked over to another mana ore and started cultivating earnestly.

Otherwise, she knew that the cat and the sleeping beauty would soon overtake her without even lifting a finger. [Woof! Life is hard!]

Just like the rest of the night, the next couple of days as well passed by quickly without anything significant. In fact, it was so peaceful that Qin Hua couldn’t help but become suspicious.

“It might be because of the military camp ‘little white’.” Lu Chen suggested.

The two of them had agreed to stick to the name ‘little white’ for now to avoid unnecessary suspicions, one more reluctantly than the other.

“They are probably hunting all the smaller beasts and zombies in the area.” He continued.

“So even though we are huddled together like this, there is nothing in the neighborhood to come knocking at our doorstep.”

Woof! Qin Hua nodded. She as well agreed with this theory, but…

“I don’t trust them.” She then scribbled on the ground.
