*Ye Mu uses 酸 [suān] here. This can mean sour, or sore/ache (hence Mo Linyuan’s response in the next paragraph), but what Ye Mu means here, “sour” teeth (at least, it’s what I’m translating it to), is that Mo Linyuan is being so sappy; nauseating.

Mo Linyuan thought her teeth really ached at first, but glared at her after he reacted. “I’m telling the truth!”
