Only I Am A Reader – Chapter 416: Eating The White Tiger Sword! Bahasa Indonesia

‘It looks a bit different.’

After digesting most of the gains from his second ‘True Reading’ experience, Leo opened up his Personal Book to look at the page that contained the culmination of his two other lives but was surprised to see some slight differences.

Not only did it look a bit cleaner in presentation but it also looked more organized with little separations here and there. This greatly piqued Leo’s interest.

‘Does it evolve as I experience more books?’

At first, Leo wondered if it was the change presented by True Reading’s advancement. However, the change was only applied after Leo had consumed what he harvested from ‘Murim Supremacy’, it wasn’t like this before.

‘Or does it change as the list expands?’

The most plausible answer which Leo could come up with was that the Personal Page changed accordingly once enough new elements have been added to it.

The more complex the list, the more organized it became!

‘I have truly come a long way.’

Remembering how white and empty his Personal Page was at the very start, Leo felt slightly proud of his accomplishments.

Most notably, thanks to the double Legendary bonus that he had obtained, both his Swordsmanship and Spearmanship had jumped to the 9th page.

And although his Swordsmanship still had a very slight over his Spearmanship, his skills with both weapons could be said to have come into almost perfect balance!

In addition, the Heavenly Archer’s Bowmanship lesson had pushed him directly to the Advanced Stage!

At this level, where raising even one single page was a challenge, Leo was excited to have achieved that much right before he left.

These weren’t stats or abilities that changed depending on the novel he went to, they were skills that would always remain as his steady foundation!

‘It would be hard to find a better place to practice…’

Whether it was the overall tendencies of Murim, the perfect environment that was the Heavenly Strength Society, or the greatest teacher and Senior brother, Cheon Chang. It would be difficult for all plausibilities to join together again and provide such an impeccable setting for Weapon Practice even in other novels.

‘I’m slowly becoming a real monster.’

Aside from the universal skills, Leo also felt suspended from reality by achieving as much as half the Physique he had in Murim as an Unrestrained here on Earth.

It was precisely the fact that he could achieve such an illogical level of ability that made Leo even more apprehensive of the truth about Earth’s supernatural scene.

‘I can’t be the only one…’

It would be impossible at his current level, but once he advanced a few stages or traveled back and forth through a few more novels, Leo believed that World Conquest wasn’t a myth anymore.

Considering how the rules of balance worked, the possibility of him being the only superhuman around was almost zero.

‘Oh?’

The rest of the page’s content was already pretty expected, but the out-of-the-blue appearance of ‘Internal Energy Channeling’ in the abilities tab dragged him off his overthinking.

‘There it is.’

Despite being recognized as an ability right next to ‘Scarlet Energy Breathing’, ‘Internal Energy Channeling’ never made an appearance in the exchange list.

However, now that Leo had reinstated his ability as a Martial Artist, it directly traveled through the pages and took its rightful place, there wasn’t even any decrease in proficiency as was the case with ‘Sword Body’.

Leo already had his answer for this, ‘Internal Energy Channeling’ was just like his Personal Skills in the aspect that they stayed with him wherever he went.

After all, he was still aware of all the channeling he did as Baekho, it was something he could now do by heart.

The only difference was that such a skill wasn’t even worth a penny without having Internal Energy running through his body, so it made some sense that it appeared in abilities later instead of skills…

‘Now…’

After analyzing all of the Personal Book’s anomalies for future reference, Leo sharpened his excitement for the thing he was looking forward to the most.

All the things that he had realized for the past dozen minutes were great, but this was on a different level!

‘For the moment of truth!’

Leo moved on to the most important of the pages left within Murim Supremacy’s cover. It was finally time to actualize the White Tiger!

Surpassing its majestic looks, the true essence of that sword was absolute sharpness. It was made using the strongest claw of an actual mythical White Tiger.

Just possessing such an item on its own was like having another supernatural ability on par with Sword Breathing at its current grade, but what Leo was truly interested in was something else.

‘Is it edible?’

The only thing on Leo’s mind was whether he could absorb the White Tiger as he did with the Sword Breaker. If he could obtain a special talent from it…

‘Let’s just get right into it.’

As soon as the White Tiger materialized within Leo’s hands, he already began the consumption process.

There was a possibility that a sword made from another world’s exclusive material would be incompatible, but the concept of the Sword Body’s absorption was to take in everything that was essentially a sword.

Internal Energy and Sword Breath almost had perfect synergy, now it was time to put the talent and item that defied the laws of science and logic to the test!

‘This taste… Spicy?’

As if it was taste testing a delicacy, Leo’s Sword Body made sure to transmit everything to his sensory system. Compared to the bland ‘taste’ of a normal sword or the smooth and airy Sword Breaker, the White Tiger tasted a bit heavy with a hint of spice.

‘Does that mean it’s working?’

Feeling something like that seemed like a positive sign. The best way to confirm whether something changed or not was by checking the Personal Book, but Leo wanted to figure it out for himself first!
