Only I Am A Reader – Chapter 366: Payback Time Bahasa Indonesia

“Ungrateful child!”

Seeing the smug smile on the intruder’s face, Namgung Jang’s anger replaced his shock as he dashed toward the target of his wrath. He was already having a bad day, and now this?

Even though he no longer found it necessary, this abomination in front of him had still destroyed one of his investments. Yet, when he forgave him for it and let him keep his puny life, this impudent child dared to go back to the home that raised him and kill people!

Swish!

However, unlike how he expected things to end, his sword only slashed the empty air, his target had suddenly vanished on the spot!

“I must say that I was surprised to see you standing back at the flat plains. I always thought you were more like the type to send people out and stay holed in your turtle shell…”

Instead, the figure that was none other than that of Geochin had appeared in the spot that Namgung Jang was originally standing in!

“I would be lying if I didn’t feel tempted to take you down then and there, but you personally taught me to hold back my urges for the sake of the bigger picture.”

“Slippery rat!”

Veins popped up on Namgung Jang’s head as he glared at the easy-going Geochin. Did he really dare threaten to assassinate him just because he was a bit swift?

Swish!

“You see, I also have a dream of mine, though… It’s a lot bigger than your puny power obsession.”

Dodging another one of Namgung Jang’s swings, Geochin let his eyes take in the scene of this uncle of his struggling just to catch his shadow.

Many years ago, whether it was the original Geochin or his current self, they both shivered as soon as their eyes met that of the children who bullied them to death. Now, however, he was playing around with the mastermind responsible for most of his misery!

“Fine! Stay still and I might just spare your life!”

After running around the room for a whole minute, Namgung Jang couldn’t help admitting that his nephew wasn’t just ‘a bit swift’…

Somehow, an Unrestrained Martial Artist like him was having trouble catching the guy. Even then, he couldn’t just let him go after what he did.

With his back to the door, he closed it as he scanned through the room. After all, wouldn’t his hyper nephew have to go through the door if he wanted to escape?

“Wow, cutting off my only way of escape, this is very scary… Is that what you expected me to think of? Perhaps you will beat me up like your monster of a son did before, huh?”

Namgung Jang’s eyes turned slightly red at the grievous poke to his sides, this child was truly pushing his luck!

“I’m not sure what you mean, I guess you don’t mind being stuck here?”

“Oh… Who said anything about me wanting to leave?”

Thud.

Geochin’s amused expression turned sour as his sword dropped to the ground. He had come here for a very specific reason, and this great uncle was having one big misunderstanding!

“Honestly, I would have directly gone into the topic, but meeting you just brought me too many memories. If you insist on knowing why I came here, then I’m happy to tell you that I specifically came here to reunite you with your dear son.”

There was no specific order to how his big plan needed to be executed. However, Geochin still chose the Noble Sword House as his first target for a reason.

Only when he could liberate himself from the source of his hatred could he truly look at the big picture that he was trying to grasp all of this while!

“Send me… You? Did the life of a running rat get into your head that much?”

Seeing Geochin’s latest reaction, Namgung Jang hid his worries and brought a big smile to his face. With that speed, his nephew might truly stand a chance at injuring him if he didn’t manage to pin him down, but that was precisely why he resorted to taunting him, the irritation on his face showed that it was effective!

‘Lose your hold over logic, and I will be sure to end your life quickly!’

“I see… I guess that’s all you are worth. You can only rely on your cheap tricks when your true strength fails to do the job. Just like you resorted to tormenting me when you couldn’t impress your old man well enough, right?”

“You…!”

Beyond Namgung Jang’s expectations, Geochin was rational enough to flip the spell back at him. Most of the hatred he had for Geochin was transferred from his mother, but this vicious poking at his mental wounds made him worthy of that hatred.

“It’s funny, isn’t it? Your excuse for this was always how trashy my talent was. Yet, with this very same talent, I had actually appeared on your doorsteps with the ability to take you down… And I’m not even at the same level as you!”

Rather than picking up his sword, a stream of blue light flowed out of Geochin’s arms, forming a strand of Sword Qi over his palm. If he was going to do this, he had to do it in the most organic way possible.

“I admit that your current state poses a threat, but do you really believe this would be over in no time? Soon enough, the other family members will be coming here to drag you away. I will make sure you have a nice stay at the family mines to pay back the expenses we spent on you!”

Cold sweat covered the back of Namgung Jang’s neck once he felt the power in Geochin’s Sword Qi, but he held on to his strategy. In any case, he wasn’t actually bluffing, there should be people checking on them after all of this noise.

“Woah! You still think there is a lifeline that you can grab onto after doing whatever you liked for these past few years. I would have enjoyed making this as slow as possible if I could, but…”

Swish!

‘This is all for the sake of change!’
