The interior of each room and the space exceeded Xu Nuan’s expectations. Each room was over 50 square meters, and Leo had already installed basic furniture for them. Two wooden bunk beds, four desks, four cabinets, and one refrigerator were present in every room.

Leo proceeded to teach Xu Nuan and her people about the apartment’s electricity system and the toilet. He flipped the light switches and showed her how the air conditioners and heaters worked. He even explained what the refrigerators could do.

“Four people can share one room by standard, but you can decide if you want to stuff four or more people in the same room. Also, I have already upgraded the refrigerators for you, so you don’t have to worry about the electricity bills. Just don’t throw rotten food or wet trash in there and forget about it. I’ll be pissed if you ruin those!”

Hua Jiashan widened his eyes in shock. Tiger Swordsman dropped his jaw and drooled in envy. Even Han Meng rubbed his eyes several times as he couldn’t comprehend what he just saw.

“L-Lord Florida Man. What is that?!” Asked Hua Jiashan.

After getting their attention, Leo baited them.

“This is an example of a monthly reward for the best employee of my store! It’s called EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!”

“E-Employee of the month?”

“That’s right. All you have to do is to contribute the most, just like how you contribute to your sect.”

“Oh!”

“The judgment criteria will be how efficient you work, how much impact your contribution is, and how many people or customers you manage to bring to my store!”

“And most importantly, the employee of the month must not commit any taboo of my store, such as taking advantage of the weak, harassing women, bullying a child, or committing vile acts that trouble your colleagues, commoners, or other customers. He took aim toward the north. Then, he fired.

It had a strong recoil. Leo’s hands slightly jerked after the rifle fired a laser beam toward the sky. As for the essence stone, it disappeared along with the laser beam.

Leo shrugged as he found the shot average. He loaded a new bullet and gunpowder sack. Then, he added his Qi to the bullet and rifle.

The matchlock rifle exploded as it was overloaded. The gunpowder and the essence stone created a flame blast, burning Leo’s shirt. Fortunately, his new pants and underwear didn’t catch flame.

After causing the misfire, Leo sighed.

“I need new testers. Maybe, I should use assign new employees to the workshop and have them test the rifles.”

Leo narrowed his eyes. Although he had a new source of lifespan income, he didn’t forget about the core of his shop domain’s perks.

“I also need new merchandise to scam others. Well, I might as well only sell essence stones for lifespan while I sell my items for essence stones. That way, I can get more profits!”
