7 Footsteps of Downfall (Viscount 3)

In the evening, the summoned magic tool shop turned up at the viscount’s mansion.

“Well, it’s an honor to be invited again. It’s nostalgic. Is it really the first time in five years that you’ve been invited to Viscount Radrich’s house like this?”

“It doesn’t matter. Did you bring the water bottle I asked for?”

The butler didn’t remember the merchant’s face.

“Yes, Yesman-sama. In order to take this opportunity to regain market share, we brought our company’s proud product this time.”

“Oh, this is beautiful again.”

When I activated the smooth and beautiful empty water bottle, it was filled to the brim with water.

“If you use it normally, one medium-sized magic stone will last for 5 weeks. 5 weeks!”

“5 weeks?”

The butler was quietly disappointed that EX had been out for a year (52 weeks) for the price of scrap magic stones, but the merchant who didn’t notice this was smug.

“Well, it’s no wonder you’re surprised. Our craftsmen work too hard. Hahaha. If it’s used in the Viscount’s house, the craftsmen’s hard work will be rewarded.”

“Haa. Is it possible to keep the water flowing?”

The craftsman gasps in surprise at the butler who gave him a small order to put up with this failure.

“Well, as expected of the Viscount Radrich family! Your senses are different from the common people.”

“Yes, of course.”

“The conversation is a bit inconsistent.”

“If you leave it out, it will probably last for a few hours. Yeah, yeah. It’s a luxury.”

“This time it was the butler’s turn to be surprised.”

“So yesman-sama. How many magic stones should I prepare? There are too many, so please tell me early. This is a big business, it’s coming.”

“I’ll get back to you on the details later. Go home today.”

The pale butler violently drives the merchant back. The troubled Yesman’s face brightened as he glared resentfully at the back of the merchant who was in a good mood with the possibility of a large contract that didn’t even exist.

“That’s right! Let’s bring Ex’s water bottle from the other room and get over it.”

Yesman was relieved when he finally came up with a nice idea, and for a short time the lights in the entrance went out.

“What the hell. We’ve got more work to do. We need to fix the lights. Oh…do you think you left those lights up to Ex?”

Butler Yesman’s anguish begins.
