Suddenly, Mozuya Kou finds himself sent to the wartorn Nemesis system; on an alien planet, Asia, in the far future. In this bleak future where deadly autonomous weapons called Murders roamed, he ends up finding the abandoned mass-production machine [TSW-R1 Lanius]. He then pilots it to defeat his enemies only through using Lanius’ sole weapon – a gigantic greatsword – and his own swordsmanship skills. Being granted the [Development Engineer] qualification, Kou was tasked to design and develop various weapons and equipment while working together with companies that have also been sent over from Earth. He and his allies will need to go up against deadly murder machines and enemy forces in order to survive on the wartorn planet, Asia.

When I woke up, I found myself inside a spaceship. I guess you guys think I’m talking nonsense here, but I also have absolutely no clue about what exactly happened to me. I was really close to completely losing it, but fortunately, I managed to notice that this place was really similar to the world featured in a game I was playing recently. Am I dreaming? Nope, it’s no dream. Maybe I actually got sent to a different world or something? But didn’t those things usually involve getting sent to a magical world with elves, dwarves, dragons and whatnot? In any case, I don’t know what caused this, but I guess I’ll just have to suck it up and live properly in this world from now on. It’ll be okay. I got my trusty spaceship so I can probably make some money. It’ll work out! It has to! This is the story of a man abruptly thrown into space along with his private spaceship. He runs around with it and saves damsels in distress along the way, flirts with said damsels, earns money as a merc-for-hire and uses his gaming knowledge to work his way into living freely and easily.

Q: Can’t I fall in love with the heroine of the game… I feel like I spent more time in that world than in the real world. So much so that he became the world champion of the VR robot fighting game. He devoted his entire youth to the game, even falling madly in love with the two heroines of the game. But only one of them could be saved. “I lost one of them in this shitty scenario. I want to save them both. Even if it’s a predetermined scenario.” It was this obsession that made Kenya complete a quest that had been deemed impossible. With the manipulation skills he devoted his youth to, Kenya creates a new route for the heroine who has fallen madly in love with him. Suddenly, a congratulatory message appeared on the screen. “Congratulations on a fantastic victory! NEW route has been released, would you like to try it?” Yes No. And so the story began. The story of a socially awkward high school student who is just good at games. A boy who could have been a hero if the world had been different. “Good Luck!” With that message, the vision went dark. . . When I woke up, I was standing in the world of “Knight of the Giant” game. The flag flying over the school where the game takes place. But they were not flying the Japanese flag. At that moment, Kenya remembered the setting of the game. “…Right, Japan in this world. It is being invaded.”
